We ship within Canada, and the United States. All prices are in Canadian funds.
We know that shipping costs are a concern for our customers and we are doing what we can to help by providing our Hold and Ship Service. Unfortunately starting Jan 2023 we have had to make some changes. We will not be increasing our rates but we are moving the Free Shipping threshold to $150, and combining our 2 extended areas into just one. All of the west and the east will now be included in the Extended area. The Canada Post Flat Rate box is our only affordable shipping option for the western provinces and the eastern province. The Small Flat Rate box is $19.
In 2022 the couriers raised their rates 3 times to the point that they are too expensive and our only option is Canada Post. (Fuel surcharge for UPS went from avg of $5 to avg of $15, their actual shipping charges are added on top of this). For the 1st half of the year we shipped 75% of our orders with couriers and 25% with Canada Post. As of the end of the year we are shipping 95% of our orders with Canada Post and 5% with couriers.
As always if we find that we can ship to your specific address at a lower rate we will refund you and move you to a better rate.
All shipping includes $100 insurance.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 Canadian to Canada and US.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping Applies to Southern Ontario and Quebec. Note some rural areas and some PO Boxes cannot be shipped via this rate (see Extended Areas below to see if your postal code is affected).

Hold and Ship Service is provided to help you reach your free shipping level. Use Discount Code "NOSHIPHOLD". Your order will be filled and placed on the hold shelf until you place additional orders or indicate you wish it to be shipped (if your order(s) have not reached the free shipping level you will be asked to pay for shipping before is shipped. )
Upgrade Your Shipping You are able use your rewards points to upgrade to express shipping. Points will be used at a rate of $1 = 200 points. When checking out leave us a note saying you would like to use points to upgrade shipping (or send an email) we will let you know if it is possible. If you do not have points we can pass you an invoice for the upgraded shipping.
US Customers are fully responsible for duty based on their own countries rules. For US customers you are able to order up to $800 in one shipment without duty being applied.
