Bobbin Points Reward Program
We are using an application called Swell to provide this Loyalty / Rewards program. Since we are using the entry level version of it all of the interaction will be branded with their name / logo. So if you see emails coming from them with points update you will know it is not spam but giving you an update on your Points levels with us
How to Earn Points
Earning points is easy and you do not need to do anything. They will be accumulated automatically when you place an order.
There are currently 5 ways to earn points
Referring a Friend : you will be given a link for you to pass to your friends. When one of them uses the link to visit our website and then makes a purchase (over $50) you will be credited the 2000 points. Your friend will also be given 2000 points.
How to Redeem Points
From the Reward Popup you will select "Rewards". Select the reward you would like redeem and you will be given a discount code to use at checkout. Please note the codes will expire after 2 years from the time you are given them so it is best to redeem just before you plan to make an order.
We have 5 Redemption Levels
Please note that this program is subject to change and that the points themselves do not hold any value. We will not be responsible for lost points or coupon codes. Points will expire after 1 year of inactivity and coupons will expire after 6 months
