Flower Boxes
This quilt was pieced by the Niagara Heritage Quilters Guild for their Giving Back Program. It is a lovely quilt with spring like happy flowers. The pantograph is Wild Flower.
I also added the binding to this quilt. I have been working on my machine binding technique. I prefer doing my machine binding to the front and then again sewing from the front, running a sewing line in the ditch of the binding and catching the back. It has taken some time to finalize this technique, and it is not as straight forward as I would like. It requires 3 different feet (yes 3 different passes) but it comes out with the traditional binding look on the front which makes me very happy.
