Postal Strike

Canada Post Is On A Nationwide Strike

Canada Post Workers are now on strike. We use Couriers for the majority of our shipping, but for those in areas where Canada Post is our best option please see below.

If you place an order please keep an eye on your email in case we need to contact you regarding options.

Please review the information below on PO Box addresses vs Street Addresses

If Your Address Is A P.O. Box Only :

We will hold your order until the strike is resolved. We are set up to do this as we already have a No Ship Hold Service that many of our customers use. As soon as the strike is over your order will be placed in the mail.

During the strike feel free to add to your held order using the "NoShipHold" discount code and you will not be charged for shipping. We will cut, package and add your order to your existing On Hold Order(s). This allows you to still take advantage of shopping our sales and being able to purchase fabric before it is sold out.

When the strike is over we will ship all your orders. We will also review the shipping charges and if you have added to your order over the strike and now qualify for a lower shipping rate we will refund you the difference.

If Your Address Is A Street Address:

We will review the courier rates for shipping to you.  If there is a courier rate available but it is much higher then what we would have paid using Canada Post we will contact you and ask if you would like to pay for the extra shipping to ship via a courier or if you would prefer to place your order on hold (See the process above in the PO Box Section)

If the Courier rate is within our normal shipping range we will ship your order to you via the Courier.
